Both ockleybooks.co.uk and ockleybooks.com (both interchangeable and referred to throughout these T&Cs as the “site”) are owned, operated and updated by Ockley Books Limited. Through these T&Cs any use of pronoun or determiner to infer ownership will refer to Ockley Books accordingly.

This section of our site and any links generated within are to be considered terms of use for ockleybooks.co.uk and ockleybooks.com. By using our site you are agreeing to accept these terms of use, if there is disagreement you must not use our site. Anyone visiting this site via your IP address/internet connection is to be made aware of these T&Cs and positive agreement reached as responsibility lay with you for their visit and compliance.

All content on our site is for general information and is not intended to influence you or advise you of any one product over another. There may be errors, we may update the site without warning and we may take it offline for any period of time without letting visitors know why or when it will return. We will keep it updated but may not state times or dates when sections of the site are maintained. All future updates and new content are protected by these T&Cs.
If you link to any part of our site without permission we retain the right to ask for its removal if we deem it has been done in a way that isn’t fair and legal or has been used inappropriately to enhance an individual’s reputation who is in no way connected to Ockley Books Ltd. Similarly, if we feel our reputation or name is being damaged by your use we will also demand its removal and take legal action if necessary. All branding and logos are trademarks registered to Ockley Books Ltd, they may not copied or reproduced without approval and in some instance, written permission from the Managing Director of Ockley Books Ltd. Any content taken from our site may result in appropriate legal action being taken, including the reproduction of artwork or republication of extracts without permission.
Failure to adhere to the policy stated above will lead to your rights ceasing immediately and legal action will be taken. The contact form on this website is the only other area where we will actively collect information from visitors to this site in terms of voluntarily provided information from them. We will use the information in this instance to reply to your queries accordingly.
This website is powered by Squarespace and using this platform we may automatically collect technical information such as browser type, IP address and search terms when you visit. During your time on the site we will also record information about your visit such as pages visited, time spent on each page and any errors encountered. This information for our own recording purposes only and will never be knowingly shared by Ockley Books Limited.
The information collected will be used for internal reviews of the site and its function to hopefully continually improve the customer experience with our site. We may receive information from any future business partners we work in conjunction with but only those on which you’ve consented to share your information.
