All mailing and delivery costs will be stated before purchase, they are calculated as delivery cost plus shipping material, and then rounded up to the nearest pound (£) to cover labour charges. Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with every purchase from Ockley Books Limited but from time to time there may be a reason to return goods for a variety of reasons. We offer a 30-day returns policy but reserve the right to refuse to accept goods that have clearly been damaged by the purchaser.

Please use our contact page to explain the circumstances of the return and await confirmation from us before sending. We comply with all aspects of Consumers Contracts Regulation and are happy to discuss cases with third parties if required.
